Dear
Parents:
May
we take this opportunity to welcome you to our office and to thank you for your
confidence in allowing us to provide for your child's dental health care.
You
will find this office very preventive-oriented. It is easier, less expensive,
and more pleasant to prevent dental problems than to repair. We recommend
seeing your children at a young age. And, once we have our patients at a high
level of dental health, we want to keep them that way.
So
that we may devote to your child optimal dental care, the following are
guidelines in this office:
1)
You should speak with the doctors whenever you feel there is a problem. One of
us is always on call for emergencies.
2)
Our younger patients and those patients requiring longer treatment time will be
scheduled in the earlier hours of the day when your child (and the doctor) are
"fresher". A legal school pass will be issued.
3)
Missed appointments disrupt schedules and interrupt dental care. We make every
effort to be respectful of your time-Allow us the same courtesy.
4)
Patients with dental insurance are expected to pay for services when
rendered. Notify the business assistant at the front desk if you have
insurance. Providing your balance is zero, she will give you a form to take
with you. If other arrangements are necessary, please discuss this at your
first visit.
We
take a great deal of pride in our patients' dental health. We are pleased to
have you as part of our family of patients.
Sincerely,
Drs. Nacht, Trupkin, Babyak and
Wilentz
